"My Friend" in English (Short essay)
I have a friend named Lisa. She is in seventh grade. Lisa is a very kind and friendly person. We became friends last year when we started middle school together.
Lisa has beautiful long hair and sparkling blue eyes. She always has a warm smile on her face. She is also very smart and hardworking. She gets excellent grades in all her subjects. Whenever I have trouble with my schoolwork, she is always there to help me.
Besides being a great student, Lisa is also an amazing artist. She loves to draw and paint. Her drawings are so realistic and lifelike. I am always mesmerized by her talent. She even won a first prize in the school art competition last month.
Despite her many talents, Lisa is a very humble person. She never brags about her achievements and always encourages others to do their best. She is always there to lend a listening ear and offer a helping hand.
We spend a lot of time together, whether it's studying, playing sports, or just hanging out. We often go to the park together and have picnics. We also enjoy going to the movies and trying out new restaurants.
I am really lucky to have Lisa as my friend. She is always supportive and makes me feel valued. She brings so much joy and laughter into my life. I hope our friendship continues to grow stronger as we go through middle school and beyond.
